Hey, I'm Val, an escaped video game character from the 90s.
I'm 1 of Club E-Clipse's 6 members, 1/2 of LGMPH-TV,
I have work in the Encore Edition of No Straight Roads, and I was an artist in the NSR Pride Fan Zine.
I design some pretty cool characters, illustrate things, make merch you can buy, and enjoy making websites and doing some brand identity work.

LGMPH-TV is the team name for my partner and I's projects.
The idea was to make something bold and interesting. A lot of the inspiration is inspired by the y2k revival, but only using media and references actually from the 2000s. I did all of the branding and visual identity work aside from the social media icon, which was my partner's work. This work includes graphic elements created using blender, logo, and site design.

As 1/6th of Club E-Clipse I almost exclusively have handled the visual identity of this group, and have made a bulk of the assets here, and on the site, stream, and shop site.
My goal was to create a look that fit the name and was able to co-exist, and preferably, highlight each member's artworks, no matter how different. The end result was a clean and bougie club aesthetic, with a stylistic representation of an eclipse and an e as the icon.

Illustrations have more attention given to them, and are more about showing a character in a situation, or showing them off. The skeb version is limited communication/no revisions, but at a discount.

Simple Character Drawings are quick and less detailed with no background but less expensive, and a good way to just show people your character, like for DND or other tabletop games! Or if you just want a cute, simple image of your OC!

Character Design + Ref Sheet is for when you want your character brought to life with a design by me, and have the ref sheet to show it. Designing character is one of my favorite things to do, so please, bring to me your character ideas and let me put my style into your character's design.

General Terms and Information

Discussion of services does not guarantee services rendered, and I reserve the right to terminate communications at any time, for any reason, prior to payment/exchange of goods and services.By sending any payment in exchange for goods and services (digital artwork commissions) you (referred to here as "the client", "client", or "commissioner") agree to the following terms of service:

  • Clients will be considerate and respectful through all communications.

  • Artistic liberties and stylistic changes will be made at my discretion as long the basic art is rendered to the level stated in the commission form.

  • I only work weekdays (Monday through Friday) and keep client communication and work hours from 10AM to 5PM.

  • I work on commissions in the order I get them, and if I pause to wait for approval from one client, then I will work on the next one in the interim, and then return to the first upon approval. Otherwise it is strictly the order I get them.

Payment and ordering

  • Payment is made through an online payment processor, options are given while discussing commission details

  • Prices listed and quoted are in USD

  • Payment is due in whole upfront, before any work is started.

  • Files are delivered after final approval.

  • If a payment plan has been discussed and agreed upon 50% of the total commission cost is due as a non refundable down payment.

  • Files are delivered after final approval and second payment has been made.

Process and revisions for standard commissions

Updates are sent for approval at the following stages

  • Sketch

  • Line art

  • Colors

  • Final render for final approval prior to file delivery

If changes are requested they will be made and then a secondary update will be sent for approval and then if approved will then move to the next stage.Revisions per individual commission piece are limited to 2 reworks during sketch phase, and 5 minor changes + 1 major revision after sketch approval.

  • Sketch reworks include: - Character posing or concept changes. - Image composition

  • Post sketch approval minor changes include: -Minor expression changes -Small accessories -Color adjustments -Line work changes, and other small alterations.

  • Post sketch approval major revisions include: - Redrawing moderate elements completely such as a hand, arm, prop, ect

  • Process for skeb style commissions: No updates are sent through the process. There are no adjustments or revisions to be made during or after the process

Delivery, and file availability.

Turnaround, from order date and completed payment is 1+ months, unless otherwise discussed.
Finished artworks are delivered through Google Drive and are available for up to 6 months after order completion, after this period there is no guarantee that files will be available for the client to redownload. You may contact me again to inquire if a copy of the file is still available.
I have the right to retain copies of all completed commissions.

Copyright, ownership, and use terms

I retain all creative ownership and copyright over the completed artwork at all times.
I retain the rights to use the artwork for promotion purposes, and use it in portfolios as examples of work.
Clients are permitted to use commissioned artworks for personal use. Personal use being defined as

  • Social media icons/headers

  • Personal web page assets

  • Printing for personal use

Clients are prohibited to use personal use commissions for the following

  • Redistribute the artwork in any form, such as physical or digital merchandise

  • Sell the artwork in any form

  • Use in marketing or advertising materials

  • Creating derivatives through the use of AI art generation where the original is used to train AI models or through alteration from image to image generation using the finished product as a source image.

Commercial use fees are +200% of the price of the original cost if desired
Terms to be discussed if the client decides to pursue commercial use.

Cancellation, termination, and breach of terms

I reserve the right to terminate a commission at any time.
Full and partial refunds are subject to the following termsFull refund: I am found to be in breach of these terms.
Partial Refund: Client cancellation prior to work completion or artist cancellation prior to work completion.Client side cancellations and artist side cancellations are subject to a refund scale based on progress made Sketch phase: 60% refund, Line Art: 40% refund, Coloring: 15% refundNo refund: Client wants to cancel after the finished work has been approved and the file has been delivered or the client is found to be in breach of these terms.
